I have bought many items from lyle & scott over the years. Love the range & quality of the clothing.
The one issue I have is their choice of delivery company, Evri! Probably the worst company out there, delivered a parcel & left in an open unsecured porch & have no clue where it is now.
Waiting for lyle & scott to investigate. Meanwhile I'm £130 out of pocket.
Two items returned for exchange, only one sent back to me
Returned two tshirts for a smaller size and only one was returned back to me. The large size is hugely inconsistent across their range as well, I've got large jumpers and tshirts, but long sleeve and textured tshirt large was nearer an xxl
Update: had to chase to find out why, item was not in stock, was not told until I emailed and asked. Item refunded.

The whole process to solve my issue was great. From costumer support to the people at the store where I bought my jersey tey where all Excelllent.

Still waiting for refund or exchange
Still waiting for refund or exchange. Returned 2 items but experiencing problems as purchased online and paid via Clearpay. The enquiry has now been passed to a third party so still waiting after several weeks.
Saying that, I am being informed and updated but not been an easy task.

The team were amazing helping sort my tampered order out. No waiting on hold, got to speak to someone in person and all the emails were such quick responses. Amazing customer service by all.

Had a garment issue that I had purchased, sent some pictures through with explanation t shirt was replaced within a couple of days, good quality clothing shows up in different forms and Lyle and Scott have shown this by backing it up with a brilliant customer service, no hastle or moaning, big thank to Greg at customer services ?

Returning an item/Excellent customer service
Had an issue on an item and emailed customer support who replied to me within 2hrs, I returned the item with the labels they sent me and before them receiving the item as soon as I gave tracking info on the return a new item is on route. Very happy excellent customer care and service. Good quality clothing.

Attentive and efficient Customer Service.
Attentive and efficient Customer Service. They went out of their way to check my issue had been resolved, and when their courier didn't deliver my item, they arranged for next day delivery with a different courier with no hassle. Excellent service.

Great jacket, I had issues with the delivery but it was definitely a problem of the courier (GLS). Lyle & Scott's Customer Service actually tried to help me a lot, they answered pretty quickly and almost insisted in helping me. Excellent support team.
